The text, images, case work and downloadable material on this site belong to Flor Gómez or to the clients who commissioned the work, and are published here with their agreement. You are welcome to quote from the articles with attribution and a link. You may not republish an article in full, present the work as your own, or use the case images commercially.
Work shown as concept work was developed independently, not for a paying client, and is labelled as such wherever it appears.
What the content is and is not
The articles, guides, lexicon and estimators here are professional opinion and general orientation. They are not a contract, a formal quote, or legal, financial or regulatory advice. Price ranges are indicative and change with scope. Figures taken from third parties are attributed with their source and date; those sources are responsible for their own accuracy. Nothing here creates an obligation on either side until there is a written scope signed by both.
