Who is responsible for your data

Flor Gómez, working from Barcelona, Spain, is the data controller for grandcrew.london. For anything on this page, write to hello@grandcrew.london.

What is collected, and why

Nothing is collected unless you send it. There is no account, no login and no profile.

When you send a project brief or an enquiry. Your name, email address and whatever you write in the message, plus the page you sent it from and the date. It is used for one thing: to read your enquiry and reply to it. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6.1.b).

When you ask for the price list or a similar document. Your email address, and the answers you gave the estimator so the reply matches your project. Same basis as above.

When you tick the optional marketing box. Your email address is added to an occasional notes list. That box is never ticked for you, and the list is separate from your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a). Every message has an unsubscribe link, and withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

When you visit any page. Aggregate statistics only: which page was viewed, the referring site, the country, the device type. No cookies, no fingerprinting, nothing that identifies you personally. The legal basis is legitimate interest in knowing which pages are useful (GDPR Art. 6.1.f).

Who else sees it

Four processors, and no one else. Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

  • Cloudflare (EU/global) hosts the sites and delivers the pages you request.
  • Resend (United States) and Formspree (United States) deliver enquiry emails.
  • Plausible Analytics (European Union) provides the aggregate statistics.
  • Calendly (United States) handles bookings, if you choose to book a call.

Transfers to the United States are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider.

Cookies

These sites set no cookies of their own and use no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. If you use the estimator or ask for the price list, a small marker is stored in your browser’s local storage so the tool remembers your answers on that device. It never leaves your browser except in the enquiry you choose to send, and clearing your browser data removes it.

How long it is kept

Enquiries and the correspondence around them: three years from the last message, so we can pick up a conversation where it stopped. Marketing list: until you unsubscribe. Aggregate statistics: they are anonymous and are not tied to you at any point.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, at any time and free of charge. Write to hello@grandcrew.london and you will get an answer within one month. If the answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be flagged on the page they affect.
